Rates + scope

Match the tier to the production.

Recorded production begins at the same hourly rate. The minimum grows with camera coverage, audio complexity, lighting, switching, staffing, and technical risk.

Need help choosing? Not sure which production tier fits?

Send the concept, participant count, estimated camera coverage, and intended destination. We’ll confirm the right starting point before you reserve time.

Ask about your production

The full-day rate is a duration concession, not a lower production class. Added crew, equipment, platforms, or deliverables remain subject to the approved scope. Production between 10 PM and 7 AM is by approval and adds a $25-per-hour late-night premium.

Rates current as of August 5, 2026. Confirmed bookings retain their written price and scope.

Scope boundary

The production rate covers the confirmed capture plan and on-set technical operation. Editing, expanded media delivery, added crew, and specialty production needs are separate unless included in the quote.

Typically included

Your confirmed production foundation.

  • Confirmed camera, audio, lighting, and staffing plan
  • Up to three house cameras when appropriate and approved
  • Up to 32 confirmed audio inputs when required
  • Switching, multitrack audio, program recording, or isolated recordings only as confirmed

Quoted separately

Plan separately when the scope expands.

  • Custom multicamera editing, detailed audio mixing, and color grading
  • Captions, social cutdowns, thumbnails, and custom graphics
  • Raw footage, every isolated camera file, and expanded media delivery
  • Additional operators, specialty cameras, lighting, teleprompter, or simulcast

Before you begin

Give us the shape of the production.

Before booking, we only need enough information to identify the right tier, schedule, and technical starting point.

  1. 01

Share the project type, preferred date and duration, participant count, and intended platform or delivery goal.

  2. 02

Estimate the camera coverage, audio inputs, lighting expectations, remote guests, or livestream needs.

  3. 03

Tell us what you expect to receive—program recording, isolated cameras, multitrack audio, raw media, or edited deliverables.

After booking

After the booking is confirmed and required payment is received, we’ll send the full production intake for the run-of-show, names and titles, logos and graphics, platform access, stream keys, final input details, file delivery, and approval contacts.

Booking essentials

Good to know.

These are the core controls for standard A/V bookings. The approved quote and production confirmation govern the final technical scope, staffing, and deliverables.

01

Payment

A 50% booking retainer is required for standard A/V sessions. Livestream preproduction is paid before planning begins; remaining production payment follows the approved quote.

02

Rescheduling

Two-hour captures generally require 48 hours notice. Three- or four-hour productions generally require 72 hours. Full days and livestreams generally require seven days.

03

Scope changes

Added cameras, operators, lighting, graphics, platforms, guests, or deliverables may require a change order.

04

Platform + media risk

External platform availability, audience reach, internet service, and copyright actions cannot be guaranteed. Capture files and edited deliverables must be confirmed separately.
