Rates + scope
Recorded production begins at the same hourly rate. The minimum grows with camera coverage, audio complexity, lighting, switching, staffing, and technical risk.
Choose by coverage and setup—not just runtime.
One or two cameras for a solo performance, interview, talking head, or simple content session.
A more structured audio and video session with coordinated coverage, participants, and technical setup.
Elevated performance production with coordinated camera coverage.
For real-time delivery or a longer approved production window.
Platform setup, testing, live operation, recording, and an approved broadcast workflow.
A duration concession for an approved continuous production day. The applicable production tier and confirmed scope still govern the work.
Send the concept, participant count, estimated camera coverage, and intended destination. We’ll confirm the right starting point before you reserve time.
Ask about your productionThe full-day rate is a duration concession, not a lower production class. Added crew, equipment, platforms, or deliverables remain subject to the approved scope. Production between 10 PM and 7 AM is by approval and adds a $25-per-hour late-night premium.
Rates current as of August 5, 2026. Confirmed bookings retain their written price and scope.
The production rate covers the confirmed capture plan and on-set technical operation. Editing, expanded media delivery, added crew, and specialty production needs are separate unless included in the quote.

Before you begin
Before booking, we only need enough information to identify the right tier, schedule, and technical starting point.
Share the project type, preferred date and duration, participant count, and intended platform or delivery goal.
Estimate the camera coverage, audio inputs, lighting expectations, remote guests, or livestream needs.
Tell us what you expect to receive—program recording, isolated cameras, multitrack audio, raw media, or edited deliverables.
After the booking is confirmed and required payment is received, we’ll send the full production intake for the run-of-show, names and titles, logos and graphics, platform access, stream keys, final input details, file delivery, and approval contacts.
Booking essentials
These are the core controls for standard A/V bookings. The approved quote and production confirmation govern the final technical scope, staffing, and deliverables.
A 50% booking retainer is required for standard A/V sessions. Livestream preproduction is paid before planning begins; remaining production payment follows the approved quote.
Two-hour captures generally require 48 hours notice. Three- or four-hour productions generally require 72 hours. Full days and livestreams generally require seven days.
Added cameras, operators, lighting, graphics, platforms, guests, or deliverables may require a change order.
External platform availability, audience reach, internet service, and copyright actions cannot be guaranteed. Capture files and edited deliverables must be confirmed separately.
