How it works

From inquiry to confirmation.

01

Choose the setup

Select Instrumental, Solo Vocal, or Full PA based on the vocal and monitoring needs.

02

Choose the block

Reserve 2, 4, or 8 hours. Longer blocks keep the same room configuration at a better effective rate.

03

Request extras

Add capture, a dedicated engineer, premium keyboards, or specialty backline before confirmation.

04

Confirm the room

Complete the intake and 50% retainer so the room and selected setup can be prepared.

Before you begin

Set the room before rehearsal begins.

Send the actual ensemble and technical needs early so the room can be prepared without consuming rehearsal time.

  1. 01

    Confirm musician and vocalist counts.

  2. 02

Request music stands, seating, instrument stands, and keyboard stations.

  3. 03

List amplifiers, drums, percussion, backline, and specialty equipment.

  4. 04

Confirm vocal microphones, monitor needs, and any personal monitor mix (P16) request.

  5. 05

Provide the playback source, format, connections, and unusual layout or power needs.

  6. 06

Request stereo or multitrack capture before the booking is confirmed.

Booking essentials

Good to know.

01

Payment

A 50% booking retainer is required to reserve the room. The approved remaining balance is due before or at session start.

02

Rescheduling

Two-hour rehearsals generally require at least 48 hours notice to transfer once.

03

Arrival + overtime

Late arrival does not extend the booking. Overtime is not guaranteed and must be approved before the scheduled end.

04

Facility use

Equipment, guests, food, beverages, occupancy, recording, and room reset must follow the approved booking. Damage, missing items, or excessive cleanup may be charged.
